The Czech trade register is open to public inspection. The full entry, including every field of activity under the unqualified trade, can be retrieved by identification number at rzp.gov.cz.

Compliance with trade law is supervised by the competent trade licensing office; labour relations and occupational safety are inspected by the Státní úřad inspekce práce, the State Labour Inspection Office.

Information under § 5 (1) no. 3 DDG is required only where the activity carried out is subject to official authorisation. Electrical engineering and joinery fall under Annex A of the German Crafts Code (Handwerksordnung) and are subject to authorisation in Germany. For the temporary cross-border provision of such services, the notification under § 8 EU/EWR-HwV is made to the chamber of skilled crafts competent for the place where the work is carried out, so no single chamber can be named here.

Consumer dispute resolution

Uhlee´S s.r.o. supplies its services exclusively to businesses. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.
